Q. How can I pay for my subscription (Australia)?
A. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
Q. How can I pay for my subscription (International) ?
A. All transactions are in $AUD however you can use an overseas credit card to purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q. Can you send me a receipt?
A. When you purchase you will receive and email receipt which can be used as an invoice and includes all necessary information such as our ABN number.
Q. Can I try the course before buying?
A. Each course has a promo video which tells you a bit about what to expect. You can also view the curriculum for each course which lists out the different lectures. If you have a question please don't hesitate to contact us on [email protected]
Q. Other members of my team would also like to access the course, do you give discounts for multiple users?
A. Yes if you wish to purchase the course for more than one person please contact us on [email protected] and we will arrange for a discount.
Q. My e-mail address has changed—how can I update my records?
A. Simply click on the profile icon on the top right of the screen and select edit profile.
Q. I have forgotten my password what do I do?
A. Simply click the forgotton password link on the log in page and follow the instructions on screen.
Q. I am not happy with the course I purchased, can I get a refund?
A. If you are not happy with the course you have purchased please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to offer an alternative or issue a refund. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
